Upcoming events and reminders: 1. Parents of Reading Recovery students are invited to come in and observe a lesson with your child. Please call or write a note if you can work this out with your schedules. 2. Please remember to listen to your child read each day. Each student has a brightly colored bookbag that holds a few books for at home practice. Second grade readers also have a "read at home card" for parents to sign each day their child reads. 3. It was great to meet with you at parent/teachers conferences. For parents of first grade students: Please return the parent survey and summer book request forms as soon as possible. Thank you!
