Upcoming events and reminders: 1. Parents of Reading Recovery students are invited to come in and observe a lesson with your child. Please call or write a note if you can work this out with your schedules. 2. Please remember to listen to your child read each day. Each student has a brightly colored bookbag that holds a few books for at home practice. Second grade readers also have a "read at home card" for parents to sign each day their child reads. 3. I hope you enjoy the book, The Missing Mitten Mystery. It is the second read aloud book "give away" from the Title One Reading Program in MSAD#49. 4. We are planning our annual "Book Celebration" on March 17th at Benton Elementary School. More information to come!
