THE PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITY SUPPORT SYSTEM STEERING COMMITTEE (P.L.C.S.S.S.C.)
*The Support System Steering Committee oversees operation of the entire Support System.
*The Steering Committee is made up of a majority of teachers and at least one administrator.
*The Steering Committee is responsible for assigning and training Support Team members.
*The Steering Committee approves Teacher Action Plans and Professional Renewal Plans and makes certification recommendations to the Commissioner of the Maine Department of Educational.

The Maine Department of Education required each school district to update their teacher certification support plan as required by Title 20-A MRSA, Chapter 118. The MSAD #49 School Board has approved our updated plan, and it can be viewed here.
