Goal #1:    To acquire and use a variety of motivational techniques which stimulate enthusiasm for learning among students.      

Step 1.1:  To develop an awareness of motivational techniques used by other

teachers in my school, by discussing with them motivational techniques which they use in the classroom.

department head, principal, and librarian.
