TEACHERS, TECH II, & III

The first $200.00 ($150 for Tech II's) reimbursed at 100% for each covered person (children under 22 years).  The remaining amount reimbursed at 50%.  A maximum of $1800.00 in bills can be submitted per family per year.  Orthodontic work can be submitted with a maximum of $1000.00 per person reimbursed at 50% ($500.00 reimbursed).  Orthodontic work maximum is a lifetime limit.
The first $200.00 ($150 for Tech II's) per person and orthodontic work is included in the $1800.00 per family per year maximum.

The plan year runs from September to August
Dental claims must be submitted within 60 calendar days - Teachers, Tech II

SUPPORT STAFF

The first $150.00 reimbursed at 100% for each covered person (children under 18 years).  The remaining amount reimbursed at 50%.  A maximum of $1500.00 in bills can be submitted per family per year.  Orthodontic work can be submitted with a maximum of $750.00 per person reimbursed at 50% ($375.00 reimbursable).  Orthodontic work maximum is a lifetime limit.  The first $150.00 per person and orthodontic work is included in the $1500.00 per family per year maximum.

The plan year runs from July to June
Dental claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days -  Support Staff

ADMINISTRATORS

The first $200.00 reimbursed at 100% for each covered person (children under 22 years).  The remaining amount reimbursed at 50%.  A Maximum of $1800.00 in bills can be submitted per family per year.  Orthodontic work can be submitted with a maximum of $1000.00 per person reimbursed at 50% ($500.00 reimbursed).  Orthodontic work maximum is a lifetime limit.
